Enjoy ocean and bay views from the second floor (inside and out!). A total renovation of the exterior was just completed, including new decks, siding and windows. The property is immaculately maintained. The $510 monthly management fee includes: taxes, insurance, utilities, cleaning, phone & cable services, water etc. There is an additional $500 quarterly contribution to the reserve funds. Use schedule is predetermined indefinitely (see attached use schedule) - weeks are set and cannot be chosen.
