After raising our children in Northern New Jersey, my wife and I decided to move into our LBI home full time. I continue to run a successful insurance and investment business, but in addition, I decided to reactivate my real estate license. I joined with Dave Cowles, who has extensive knowledge that he shares with my clients and me, and with our love of the island and expertise in sales, we have been successful.
As an agent, my focus is to assist sellers in preparing their homes for sale so that they may obtain top dollar in a competitive market. I work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketing strategy for each home that we sell. I use my experience to negotiate and close a deal that is in the best interest of the client.
I am in constant communication with clients as they go through the process of selling or buying. I understand that the process is complex and deeply personal. I feel a responsibility to my clients because I know there is a lot at stake both financially and personally.
There are a lot of variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make clients feel supported and know that they have a trusted advisor by their side.
